The Consultation

At the atelier or over a call, we talk through the idea, the occasion, the stones you love and the budget you set. Come with a folder of pictures or with nothing at all. Both work.

The Design

We sketch, you react, we sketch again. Renders follow until the piece is exactly right, and nothing is cut until you have signed the drawing. Take your time here. We do.

The Making

Your stone is cut, set and finished by the same hands, under the same roof. We share photographs as the work moves, so you watch your jewel arrive stage by stage.

The Delivery

The finished jewel is certified, inspected and presented at the atelier, or delivered to your door with its papers and its story. It exists exactly once, and it is yours.

Cutting & Polishing

Rough diamonds are planned, shaped and polished in-house to exacting tolerances, by cutters who answer to one standard and stand behind every facet they finish.

The Jewellery Atelier

Settings, mounts and finished jewels are brought to life by hand at the same benches where the stones were cut, from the first sketch to the last pass on the wheel.

Bespoke Commissions

Pieces imagined for one person and made exactly once. A commission moves through the house without ever leaving it, and its design is never repeated for anyone else.

The house was structured to international standards from its first day of work. At home in Kochi, and at ease wherever in the world its jewels end up being worn.

Diamonds graded to international laboratory standards, with independent certification available on every order. You will always know exactly what you are wearing, in writing.

Conflict-Free, Always

Rough is sourced in full compliance with the Kimberley Process, and only natural, ethically traded stones enter the house. A parcel that cannot show its history does not cross our door.

Built for Export

A registered unit in the Cochin Special Economic Zone, structured for international trade from day one. Compliance, documentation and careful packing are part of the craft here, not an afterthought.

Traceable, End to End

Every stone is accounted for from the rough parcel to the finished jewel, with records to show for it. Ask about any diamond in any piece and we can tell you where it has been.

Cutting, setting and finishing under a single roof means quality never changes hands, and never slips. The person who spots a flaw sits ten steps from the person who can fix it.

Flawless Finish

Every jewel leaves the atelier inspected, polished and complete. Nothing left to finish, nothing to forgive, and nothing you will notice for the first time a year later.

Crafted in-house

Cutting, setting and finishing happen inside one facility, so quality never changes hands. There is no courier between our stages, and no stranger’s bench in the chain.

Checked at every stage

Each piece passes the same uncompromising eye from the first facet to the final polish. If something is not right, it goes back, however far along the work is.

Delivered complete

Each finished piece arrives inspected, polished, boxed and ready to be admired. You should have nothing left to do but wear it.

Sourcing & Responsibility

A clean stone,
in every sense

A diamond should carry light, not a question mark. We hold our sourcing to the same standard as our polishing, so that every question a wearer could ask about a stone, where it came from, who handled it, what it truly is, has a clean and certain answer.

Known origins

Rough enters the house only through Kimberley Process compliant channels, documented at every hand-off. The paperwork arrives before the parcel does.

Natural, without exception

We cut and set natural diamonds only. What is promised on the certificate is exactly what is given in the jewel, every single time.

A light footprint

A compact, modern facility run with care and kept deliberately small. A house built on beauty should not cost the earth, and we intend to keep it that way.
